09 Ene truebluemeandyou: DIY Backlit Bookshelf. This project uses a dremel and is pretty complicated but I love how it looks.Tutorial at Pretty Handy Girl here. *What I would do: paint the entire bookcase a midnight blue and use glow-in-the-dark paint.
